Nature of the Site

Calloway County Released Inmates is a private reference resource with no government ties. It stores no official records and cannot verify custody, release a person, or file a request or court paper for a visitor.

Its purpose is to organize Calloway County and Kentucky jail, release, and corrections resources and to connect visitors with official sources and outside research tools.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site lawfully and without harming others or interfering with service. You must not:

• Break a law through use of the site
• Stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate another person
• Use information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another FCRA-covered decision
• Try to access systems or accounts without authorization
• Operate bots, scrapers, or other automated extraction tools
• Disrupt access or normal operation for other visitors

No Consumer Reports

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and does not supply background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Its advertising and search partners do not provide screening services through this site. You agree not to use site content or linked results for:

• Hiring, firing, or another employment decision
• Tenant selection or housing eligibility
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

Links Beyond This Site

Links may lead to jail or release records, sheriff and corrections pages, government portals, legal-aid material, and independent search services. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control an outside site's content, privacy practices, accuracy, security, or availability, and you should review its terms before use.

Service Without Warranties

The site and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty that:

• Information will be accurate, complete, or current
• Access will always be available or uninterrupted
• The site will be free of errors, defects, or security flaws
• A partner search will return every relevant result

Custody and public-record information can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement by Calloway County Jail, Kentucky Department of Corrections, or another agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site, its owners, and its partners are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from access, inability to access, reliance on content, or use of an outside service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

Unless otherwise identified, site text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Calloway County Released Inmates or its content partners. You may not copy, distribute, publish, or modify them without prior written permission.

We may change these terms at any time. Revised terms take effect when posted here, and continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.

Ending or Limiting Access

We may suspend, restrict, or end access at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice.

Kentucky Law Controls

These terms are governed by Kentucky law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Kentucky.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay effective. The affected term will be limited or revised only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
